摘要
为提高载人航天电子单机可靠性,提出了适用于在轨维修电子单机的维修性设计方法。通过分析电子单机失效模式,确定了修复性维修的在轨维修策略,建立了内部在轨维修单元(Orbital Replaceable Unit,ORU)的选择流程;依据维修性理论,给出了ORU的维修性分配、预计和评价方法,最后对电子单机在轨维修关键技术进行了总结。运用上述方法和技术研制的电子单机在中国某载人航天器上顺利通过了在轨维修试验,可为中国载人航天电子单机的维修性设计提供技术支撑。
In order to improve the reliability of electronics single-machine,a new maintainability design method based on orbit maintaining was proposed.Firstly,the failure modes of electronics single-machine were analyzed to determine the orbital maintenance strategy,and the selection process for internal orbital replaceable unit(ORU)was established.Secondly,according to the theory of maintainability,the maintainability allocation,prediction and evaluation methods for ORU were given.Finally,the key technologies of orbital maintenance for the electronics singlemachine were summarized.Electronics single-machine developed by the above methods and techniques successfully passed the on-orbit maintenance test in a certain Chinese manned spacecraft.The research results provide technical support for maintainability design of electronicssingle-machine based on orbit maintaining.
