中马友谊大桥钢箱梁吊装缓冲限位装置试验与液压仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 中马友谊大桥位于马尔代夫北马累环礁,起重船吊装作业受印度洋涌浪影响大。主桥钢箱梁节段由起重船吊装至已浇筑的混凝土梁桥面,吊物系统受船体周期性的纵摇激励产生空间内受迫振动,影响钢箱梁就位精度。创新性地采用基于油气弹簧的缓冲限位装置,通过场地试验与液压仿真的手段,验证该缓冲装置的可行性,并通过调节预充气压力改变缓冲限位装置的刚度,为钢箱梁吊装就位时缓冲限位装置现场实施提供参考。 China-Maldives Friendship Bridge is located on North Male Atoll.The operation of the crane ship is greatly affected by Indian Ocean surge.The steel box girder segment of the main bridge is hoisted from the crane shop to the concrete beam deck which has been poured.The suspension system is forced to vibration in space by periodic pitch excitation of hull,which affects the positioning accuracy of the location of steel box girder.The buffer limiter device based on the hydropneumatic spring was innovatively used,the feasibility of the buffer device was verified by site test and hydraulic simulation,and the stiffness of the buffer device was changed by adjusting the pre-inflated pressure,which provides a reference for the field implementation of the buffer device when the steel box girder is hoisted in place.
