摘要
对硝基苯分析方法进行归纳和综述。硝基苯的分析方法有电化学法、分光光度法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法,以及联用方法如吹扫捕集与色谱、质谱联用,固相微萃取与色谱、质谱联用等。其中的联用方法高效、简单、快速;色谱法是普遍适用且最具有应用前景的有效方法;光度法设备价格低廉、操作简单,在实际工作中得到不断改进,方法的精密度和准确度大为提高,值得推广。
Analytical methods for the analysis of nitrobenzene were summarized.The analytical methods for nitrobenzene were introduced included electrochemical method,spectrophotometry,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and combination methods such as purging and trapping combined with chromatography or mass spectrometry;solid phase microextraction combined with chromatography or mass spectrometry and so on.The combination methos were efficient,sample and fast;the chromatography was a promising method for its universal application;the photometric method was with inexpensive equipment and simple operation,which was developed in practice and the precision and accuracy were improved,it was worth pormoting.
