摘要
文章阐述了自走式大白菜收获机的结构原理、关键部件以及液压系统原理,详细论述了拔取装置、浮动夹持装置以及液压系统的设计。拔取装置采用分级导向的原理,将预收获大白菜引入到圆盘切根装置,先进行切根,然后经过浮动夹持装置输送到水平输送带,浮动夹持装置采用凹形皮带和弹簧作用下对白菜的弹性夹持,既能保证蔬菜不被破坏,又能完成上输送作用。液压系统的设计,由发动机提供动力,带动双联液压泵,能够保证系统的稳定性。该项目的研究开发对大白菜的全程机械化种植具有重要的意义。
The structure principle, key components and hydraulic system principle of self-propelled Chinese cabbage harvester are described in this paper.The design of extracting device,floating clamping device and hydraulic system are discussed in detail.The extracting device adopts the principle of grading guidance.The pre-harvested Chinese cabbage is introduced into the disc root-cutting device.First, the pre-harvested Chinese cabbage is cut into the disc root-cutting device.Over-floating clamping device is conveyed to horizontal conveyor belt.Floating clamping device uses concave belt and spring to elastically clamp Chinese cabbage.It can not only ensure that vegetables are not destroyed,but also complete the up-conveying function.The design of hydraulic system,powered by engine, drives double hydraulic pump,can ensure the stability of the system.The research and development of this project is of great significance to the whole mechanized cultivation of Chinese cabbage.
