摘要
采取微合金化和控轧控冷相结合工艺,开发出355 MPa级易焊接耐大气腐蚀用钢。光学显微镜、扫描电镜及力学性能分析结果表明,该钢种的各项力学性能符合标准要求,尤其是耐腐蚀指数满足欧洲标准要求,同时具有良好的焊接性。
355 MPa grade weldable atmospheric corrosion resistant steel is developed by means of microalloying,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.The analysis results of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties show that all the mechanical properties indicators of the steel grade are in conformity with standard requirements,esp.the corrosion resistance index satisfies the requirements of European standards,which possesses good weldability as well.
