摘要
以钢锭成材120 mm厚Q345GJB-Z35钢板探伤不合格部位为研究对象,凭借金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机、扫描电镜及能谱仪等检测手段,从金相组织、非金属夹杂物、拉伸断口等方面对探伤不合格原因展开分析研究。结果表明:钢板厚度1/2处存在以Al2O3为主的较大尺寸脱氧产物夹杂物,是导致钢板探伤不合格的主要原因。据此提出相应的改进措施,以提高钢板的探伤合格率。
Taking ultrasonically disqualified area of 120 mm thick Q345GJB-Z35 steel plate from ingot as research object,the disqualification causes of ultrasonic detection is studied and analyzed from metallographic structure,non-metallic inclusion and tensile fracture by means of metallographic microscope,universal tensile testing machine,SEM and EDS.The results show that the large sized non-metallic inclusions of Al 2O 3 at 1/2 plate thickness position are the major causes of disqualified steel plate in ultrasonic flaw detection.Relevant measures are taken to improve the qualification rate of steel plate in ultrasonic flaw detection.
