摘要
随着改革开放的深化,国家援疆力度的加大,"一带一路"建设的延伸开展,塔城地区的经济文化建设出现了全新的面貌,美术事业也有了前所未有的发展。"油画塔城"的提出与这一文化品牌的大力建设,使塔城美术发展渐入佳境。当前塔城美术的发展,既面临机遇,也存在挑战,还需扬长避短、因势利导、再接再厉。
With the deepening of reform and opening up,the strengthening of the state's aid to Xinjiang,and the extension of the construction of the“Belt and Road”,the economic and cultural construction of the Tacheng area has taken on a new look,and the art industry has also developed in an unprecedented way.The proposal of"painting tower city"and the vigorous construction of this cultural brand have made the development of Tacheng art gradually better.At the moment,the development of Tacheng art is facing both opportunities and challenges.It is also necessary to foster strengths an d avoid weaknesses,take advantage of the situation,and make persistent efforts.
