医学虚拟仿真软件在基础医学实验教学中的应用——以《家兔失血性休克及微循环观察》实验项目为例 被引量:15

摘要 近些年,随着现代科技的发展,许多领域与先进的科学技术相融合,并不断地相互促进发展。医学实验课程有其特殊性,在尽量减少使用实验动物的同时提高实验课效率,将医学虚拟仿真实验系统应用到机能学综合性实验当中。该项目共采用4个自然班,两班为一组,分为实验组(虚拟仿真技术与传统实验教学法相结合)与对照组(传统实验教学法),对两组的实验情况及实验动物情况进行对比分析以得出两种教学法的优缺点。旨在通过教学法的不断改进,提高教学质量,以增强学生对机能实验课的兴趣。 In recent years,with the development of modern science and technology,many fields have been integrated with advanced science and technology to continuously promote the development of each other.Medical experiment course has its particularity.In order to reduce the use of experimental animals and improve the efficiency of experiments,medical virtual simulation experiment system is applied in functional comprehensive experiments.This project adopts four natural classes,set two classes as a group,and divides them into experimental group(combination of virtual simulation technology and traditional experimental teaching method)and control group(traditional experimental teaching method)for comparing and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages.It aims to improve the teaching quality through the continuous improvement of teaching method,so as to enhance students'interest in functional experiment course.
