摘要
高压直流输电线路的大规模建设使得其接地极附近油气管道及阀室的干扰问题日益严重,进而引发的阀室引压管及绝缘卡套放电烧蚀问题逐渐突出,亟需开展相关研究来弄清其放电烧蚀的原因,并提出合理有效的防护措施。以广东某天然气分输站绝缘卡套放电烧蚀为例,利用宏观观察、扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析、卡套性能测试以及现场测试相结合的方法对引起绝缘卡套发生烧蚀的原因进行了剖析,并提出了消减措施。
In the mass construction period of high-voltage direct current(HVDC),pipelines and the associated valve stations are subject to the increasingly severe electrical interference from nearby HVDC grounding electrodes,and ablation problem of insulation sleeve on instrument impulse line becomes more and more prominent at the valve stations.Under this circumstance,it is highly a demand that studies should be conducted to find out the root causes of ablation and efifective protection measures.In this study,insulation sleeve ablation incident was taken as an example for root cause,which was investigated by means of profile measurement,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,insulation testing and field testing.Finally,protective measures were proposed as per the investigation results.
