摘要
目的:强化科主任对医院科室文化建设的引领作用。方法:分析医院科室文化建设的作用,阐述科主任与科室文化建设的关系,探寻强化科主任管理,推动科室文化发展的方法。结果:科室文化是医院文化的基石,良好的科室文化能增进科室的情感、凝聚力和上进心,也能培育团体的荣誉感、自豪感和幸福感。医院可以从引导科主任建立正确价值观,创建和谐、奋进科室和提高科主任的沟通能力与人格魅力等方面,加强对科主任的培养与管理。结论:科主任对医院科室文化建设具有引领作用,强化科主任管理,能够推动科室文化蓬勃发展。
Objective:To strengthen the leading role of department director in cultural construction in hospital’sdepartments.Methods:This paper analyzes the role of the cultural construction in the hospital’sdepartment,expounds the relationship between the department director and the cultural construction of the department,and explores the methods of strengthening the management of the director and promoting the development of the department’s culture.Results:The department’s culture is the cornerstone of the hospital’s culture.Good department culture can enhance the emotion,cohesion and ambition,and also cultivate the honor sense,pride and happiness of the group.The department’s director can promote the reservation of the culture,the guidance of the development and the absorption of the advanced culture.The hospital can strengthen the training and management of the department director from the aspects of establishing the correct values,creating a harmonious and advancing department,and improving the communication ability and personality charm of the director.Conclusion:The department’sdirector plays a leading role in the cultural construction in the hospital departments,and we should strengthen the management of the department director so as to promote the vigorous development of the department’sculture.
