摘要
对刮板捞渣机的故障进行诊断并予以相应的改善措施,是提高电厂运行的关键步骤。本文以工作实例进行分析和探讨,详细探讨了宁夏马莲台发电厂#1炉刮板捞渣机断链报警信号频发故障所引发的各项原因,在分析原因的基础上提供可行性优化措施,以降低该设备的故障发生率为目的,进而将刮板捞渣机的运行可靠性提升。
Diagnosing the failure of the scraper slag machine and corresponding improvement measures are the key steps to improve the operation of the power plant. In view of this, the author mainly analyzes and discusses the facts of the work cases experienced by the person, and discusses in detail the various factors caused by the frequent failure of the broken chain alarm signal of the #1 furnace scraper slag slag machine in Ningxia Maliantai Power Plant. On the basis of analyzing the reasons, the feasibility optimization measures are provided to reduce the probability of failure of the equipment, and the operational reliability of the scraper slag machine is improved.
