摘要
从营销稽查的作用角度分析,有效的营销稽查能够发现电力营销中存在的风险指向,从而实施相应的解决措施降低营销风险。本文从电力企业管理的角度上对营销稽查进行简单论述分析,得出合理的稽查措施能够发现企业的营销风险。企业根据相关稽查结果制定正确的风险控制策略,进而提高电力企业的营销水平。电力企业在进行稽查活动时,应根据企业实际情况细化工作要点,加强相关管理,对不合理的线路进行整改,降低营销风险。
From the point of view of the function of marketing inspection, effective marketing inspection can find out the risk orientation existing in power marketing, and implement corresponding measures to reduce marketing risk. The author briefly discusses and analyses marketing inspection from the perspective of power enterprise management, and draws a conclusion that reasonable inspection measures can reduce the marketing risk. Enough to discover the marketing risks of enterprises, enterprises formulate correct risk control strategies according to the relevant audit results, and then improve the marketing level of power enterprises. Therefore, when conducting inspection activities in power enterprises, we should refine the main points of work according to the actual situation of enterprises, strengthen relevant management, rectify unreasonable lines and reduce marketing risks.
