摘要
随着电力行业的快速发展,在人们日常生活中起着不可或缺的地位,电力调度工作受到了各行各业的重视。电力调度不仅可以提高电力系统的安全稳定运行,还可以及时发现安全隐患,是有效处理电网问题的主要手段,是降低电力事故发生率最主要的方式。电力调度运行从实质上讲指的就是电网的工作正常运行,在运行过程中,总会出现一些运行故障和运行事故。在电网的某个部分受到外界干扰时,也会出现一些故障,在出现故障时电网有关部门就要派出专业人员对故障部分进行故障检修工作。为了保障由于电网出现故障导致的影响范围比较小,相关检修人员对受损线路进行手动调整和隔离电路等措施,确保其余用电居民用电正常。本文结合电网对于运行调度的防范措施以及安全制约简析进行措施阐述,对于电力调度行业提出可行性参考建议。
With the rapid development of electricity,it plays an indispensable role in daily life.Power dispatching has received attention from all walks of life.Power dispatching can not only improve the safe and stable operation of the power system,but also can be found in time.It is the main means to effectively deal with the power grid problem,and it is to reduce the power accident.The most important way of occurrence.In essence,the power dispatching operation is the normal operation of the power grid.In the course of operation,there will always be some operational faults and operation accidents.When some part of the power grid is disturbed by the outside world,there will be some failures.In the case of failure,the relevant departments of the power grid will send professional personnel to troubleshoot part of the fault.In order to guarantee the small impact caused by the failure of the power grid,the related maintenance personnel adjust the damaged line manually and isolate the circuit,so as to ensure that the rest of the electric power residents are used normally.This paper expounds the preventive measures of power grid dispatching and the brief analysis of safety constraints,and puts forward feasible reference suggestions for the power dispatching industry.
