摘要
我国改革开放以来,市场经济竞争激烈,经济体制不断改革,电力建设逐渐发展成为我国国民经济发展的支柱产业。与此同时,对电力工程质量的要求也随之逐渐提高。然而,我国的项目管理起步相对较晚,还存在很多不足之处。所以,需要随着当前形势对电力工程的管理模式进行不断实践和创新,建立一个专业化、科学化的项目管理组织来促进电力建设项目管理工作的开展。
Since China’s reform and opening up,the fierce market economy competition,the continuous reform of the economic system,and the gradual development of electric power construction have become China’s pillar industries for the development of the national economy.At the same time,the requirements for the quality of power engineering have also gradually increased.However,China’s project management started relatively late,and there are still many deficiencies.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously practice and innovate the management mode of electric power projects with the current situation and establish a professional and scientific project management organization to promote the development of electric power construction project management.
