摘要
文章对电网企业的科技项目采用预算管理的方法加以运营进行阐述,对当前电网企业科技项目的预算规范化、标准化的基本要素进行分析,提出如何做好电网企业的预算管理工作,采取何种措施方能达到项目的科学管理目标。
This paper expounds the operation of the scientific and technological project of the power grid enterprises by the method of budget management,analyzes the basic elements of the standardization and standardization of the current power grid enterprise’s scientific and technological projects,and puts forward how to do a good job of the budget management of the power grid enterprises,and what kind of measures can be taken to achieve the scientific management of the project.Target.
