摘要
目的:参照2017年美国糖尿病学会(ADA)制定的临床实践指南《糖尿病医学诊疗标准》,分析并评估我国智能手机系统(Android和i OS)糖尿病免费应用程序(APP)的内容,为糖尿病APP开发及选取提供参考和建议。方法:收集糖尿病应用程序的基本情况(如发布日期、大小、下载频率、用户评分、类型、开发商),采用SPSS、Excel等统计工具分析糖尿病APP的基本情况及其关联因素。结果:我国糖尿病APP对指南的依从性较低,Android的平均分为13.03,IOS的平均分为18.54,其总评分区间为0到66,用户评分和依从性呈显著正相关。结论:我国糖尿病APP对临床实践指南的依从性较低,设计者主要为个人或公司,对标准的临床应用指南遵守程度较低,糖尿病APP可塑性比较大,需根据临床指南引导医疗卫生事业单位或公司开发新的应用程序或酌情修订现有的应用程序。
Objective To analyze and assess the content of domestic smart mobile phone-Android and iOS APP for diabetes according to the clinical practice guideline Standards for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes developed by American diabetes Association(ADA)in 2007 in order to provide reference and suggestions for the development and selection of APP for diabetes.Methods The general parameters of domestic Android and iOS APP for diabetes(such as its releasing date,size,download frequency,user score,types,developers and related factors)were analyzed using statistical tools such as SPSS and Excel.Results The compliance of domestic Android and iOS APP for diabetes was rather low to the Standards for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes developed by ADA.The average score of Android and iOS was 13.03 and 18.54 respectively.The total score interval of Android and iOS was 0-66.The score of Android and iOS APP users was positively related with the compliance of Android and iOS APP for diabetes to the Standards for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes developed by ADA.Conclusion The compliance of domestic Android and iOS APP for diabetes is rather low to the Standards for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes developed by ADA while the plasticity of domestic Android and iOS APP for diabetes is rather high.It is thus necessary for medical and health institutions or companies to develop new APP or revise the present APP for diabetes according to the Standards for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes developed by ADA.
