摘要
分析了设计尺寸链的地位和作用;提出利用矢量五步法进行线性尺寸链的分析和计算,并结合工程实例详细说明了如何调整、优化设计尺寸链以到达产品经济性和互换性的目的;同时,根据产品价值链的不同阶段划分,设计完成后的生产制造和检测过程同样离不开尺寸链计算,因此,也对设计尺寸链向工艺尺寸链的转化和换算以满足生产制造需要给出计算实例,并通过尺寸转换使受限制的检测条件亦能验证设计尺寸,从而实现了生产制造的经济性以及高效检测的准确性,即以设计尺寸为基础,通过五步法的简单转换来满足生产制造和检测的需要,确保了设计尺寸在整个价值链中保持恒定不变,从而保证了最终产品的功用和性能。
The place and function of design dimension chain are analyzed. The analysis and calculation of linear dimension chain with five-step method of vector is proposed. Combing with an engineering example,this paper explains how to adjust and optimize the design dimension chain so as to reach the goal of economy and interchangeability of final product. At the same time,according to different stages of value chain of product development,the manufacturing and measuring stage after design cannot be accomplished without dimension chain calculation,therefore,this paper also provides the practical engineering case to describe the conversion of the design dimension chain to the technological dimension chain so as to meet the manufacturing requirements. Consequently,it is allowed to verify the design dimension under limited measurement conditions,which results in achieving the economy of the manufacturing and the accuracy of the measurement efficiently.Based on the design dimension,the needs of manufacturing and measuring are met by the simple dimension conversion with five-step method,during this process,the design dimension remains consistent in the entire value chain,thus is able to ensure the function and performance of the final product.
