摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS来模拟仿真永磁电机在工作过程中达到稳态时的各个部件温度分布情况.结合对仿真云图的分析,提出简化计算的方法并加以利用,为优化永磁电机的设计、改善温度分布、提高性能、延长使用寿命等提供参考.
The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the temperature distribution of each component when the permanent magnet motor reached a steady state during the working process.Combined with the analysis of the simulation cloud chart,a simplified calculation method was proposed to optimize the design of the permanent magnet motor,which can provide reference for optimizing the design of permanent magnet motor,improving the temperature distribution,improving performance and prolonging service life.
