摘要
以某桥梁工程为例,对预应力智能张拉的特点、原理、施工技术进行研究。结果表明:智能张拉技术采用智能设备张拉施工,实现了张拉过程的全自动控制;张拉时不受人为、环境因素的影响,可精确控制预应力值,有效地避免预应力的损失,使张拉结果更符合设计要求;实施该技术可以节约成本,具有较好的经济效益,值得重点推广。
Taking a certain bridge engineering as an example,this paper studies the features,principles and construction technology of intelligent tension of prestress.The research results show that the intelligent equipment of tension is used on construction to make fully automatic operation of tension process; tension is not affected by manual operation and environmental factors; the value of prestress is controlled precisely to effectively avoid the loss of prestress so that the results of tension tend to comply with design requirements; it can save costs and have economic benefits and therefore it is worthy of wide application.
