摘要
长期以来,大学的三大基本职能:教学、科研和服务社会已成共识。现今中国学者提出大学的第四职能——文化传承创新,成为推动教育大国走向教育强国的有力举措。面对中国大学对这一职能的接受困境、推进困境和可持续实施过程中的困境,高校应该深入认识"文化传承创新"的内涵;回归教学、科研和服务社会的本义,夯实"文化传承创新"的基础;引领教师做具有"人文主义"特征的现代教师。
It has been widely accepted that talents cultivation,scientific research and serving the society directly are three major functions of university for a long time.Cultural inheritance and innovation,put forward by Chinese scholars as the fourth function of university in recent years,is an effective move to develop a country of powerful higher education from a big one.Facing the dilemma in accepting,promoting and implementing this function,Chinese universities should undertake the mission to recognize the long-term significance of cultural inheritance and innovation,to return to the true meaning of teaching,researching and serving the society,to reinforce the fundamentals of " cultural inheritance and innovation",and to lead teachers to become a modern teacher with "the characteristic of humanism".
