摘要
目的基于适应性结构化理论,研究医院信息系统的使用对医生工作绩效的影响。方法选取南京市5家三级甲等医院对医院信息系统对医生工作绩效的影响进行分析。结果在医院信息系统使用中,感知易用性对感知有用性具有显著正向影响,感知有用性对技术适应具有显著正向影响,感知易用性对技术适应具有显著正向影响,技术适应对任务适应具有显著正向影响,任务适应对工作绩效具有显著正向影响,技术适应对工作绩效具有显著正向影响。结论为了有效提高医生工作绩效,医生应积极参与医院信息化建设,主动适应,以期提高医生工作绩效。
Objective To study the effect of medical information system on doctors'performance based on adaptive structured theory.Methods Five tertiary first-class medical institutions in Nanjing were selected by objective sampling method to analyze the impact of hospital information system on doctors'work performance.Results In the use of hospital information system,perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness;perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on technology adaptation;perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on technology adaptation;technology adaptation has a significant positive impact on task adaptation;task adaptation has a significant positive impact on job performance.There is significant positive effect;technical adaptation has a significant positive impact on job performance.Conclusion In order to effectively improve the performance of doctors,doctors should actively participate in the construction of hospital informatization,and actively adapt to it to enhance doctors performance.
