摘要
目前普通中央空调系统综合能效比较低,运行能效存在着问题。因此,研究中央空调群控优化控制策略对中央空调水系统的节能运行具有重要意义。本文基于3台永磁同步变频离心式冷水机组,建立了完整的中央空调水系统仿真模型,分析了冷水机组在提高供水温度优化控制、冷却水泵优化控制、冷冻水泵优化控制的中央空调系统群控优化控制策略下的系统节能率。结果显示,适当地同步提高冷冻供水温度、降低冷却侧进水温度、降低冷冻侧水流量可以提高中央空调系统能效比。采用群控优化控制策略的空调水系统要比普通传统中央空调系统节能26.56%,节能效果明显。
According to the survey, the general energy efficiency of the central airconditioning system is relatively low, and there are some problems in the operation energy efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the optimal control strategy of the central air conditioning group control for the energy saving operation of the central air conditioning water system. Based on the three permanent-magnetic synchronous frequency-convertible centrifugal chillers, a complete central air conditioning water system simulation model is established. The optimization control of water supply temperature and the optimal control of the cooling water pump are analyzed. The energy saving rate of the central airconditioning system under the group control optimization control strategy is optimized. The results show that the energy efficiency ratio of the central air conditioning system can be improved by increasing the temperature of the frozen water supply, reducing the temperature of the cooling water and the water flow in the frozen side. Compared with the conventional central airconditioning system, the water-conditioning system using group control optimization control strategy can save 26.56% energy, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
