摘要
本文利用微胶囊技术,以豚草提取物为囊芯材料,明胶为囊壁材料,采用单凝聚法制备豚草提取物植物源农药微胶囊剂,设计正交试验并对其性能进行表征。结果表明:豚草提取物微胶囊最优配比方案为明胶质量浓度5 g·L^(-1),芯壁比1:2,搅拌速度200 r·min^(-1),乳化时间90 min。其中,四因素对成囊影响由大到小排列顺序为,明胶质量浓度>搅拌速度>乳化时间>芯壁比。从扫描电子显微镜成像图片可以看出,微胶囊形状规则、表面光滑。微胶囊中位径为20.55μm,大部分粒径大小分布在18.23~33.31μm间。豚草提取物微胶囊剂缓释效果优于豚草提取物。
In this paper,microcapsule technology was used.The Ambrosia spp.extract was used as the core material and gelatin was used as the wall material.The Ambrosia spp.extract was prepared as a plant-derived pesticide microcapsule by single coacervation method to design orthogonal test and carry characterization.The results showed that the optimum ratio of microcapsules for Ambrosia spp.extract was gelatin concentration 5 g·L^-1,ratio of core and wall 1:2,stirring speed 200 r·min^-1 and emulsification time 90min.Among them,the four factors affect the formation of capsules from large to small,gelatin mass concentration > stirring speed > emulsification time > ratio of core and wall.It can be seen from the scanning electron microscope image that the microcapsules have a regular shape and a smooth surface.The microcapsule has a median diameter of 20.55 μm,and most of the particle size distribution is between 18.23 and 33.31 μm.The sustained release effect of Ambrosia spp.extract microcapsules is better than that of Ambrosia spp.extract.
