摘要
目的以美军最新发布的《战术战伤救护指南》为参考,结合我军实际,编制一套战术战伤救护知识与能力测验,以期为我军战术战伤救护训练的评估与评价提供参考工具。方法参考相关文献并采用专家咨询法对内容效度检验,形成测验初稿;之后以某军医大学在校全日制本科68名学员为研究对象进行测试,分析测试成绩及测验试卷的难度、区分度以及信度。结果试卷内容设计合理,测验成绩总体呈正态分布,平均成绩(68.29±11.64)分,及格率为76%。该测验总体难度系数为0.683,难度适中;各题目区分度绝对值均大于0.2(P<0.01),区分度较好;内部一致性信度为0.756。结论该测验编制流程科学,能较真实、稳定地反映战术战伤救护知识与能力水平,并有助于挖掘教学难点,优化战术战伤救护训练模式。
Objective Based on the latest guidelines of Tactical Combat Casualty Care of the United States and the reality of the casualty care in the Chinese army,to design and analyze a knowledge and ability test of Tactical Combat Casualty Care,so as to provide reference for the assessment and evaluation of tactical combat casualty care training in our military.Methods The first draft was formed based on the relevant literature and expert consultation on test content validity.Then,68 undergraduates at a military medical university were tested by using this test.The results,difficulty,discrimination and reliability of the test were analyzed.Results The content of the test was reasonable.The total scores of the test showed a normal distribution with a mean score of(68.29±11.64)and the pass rate was 76%.The overall difficulty was moderate with a coefficient of 0.683.The discrimination coefficient of each item was over 0.2(P<0.01).The internal consistency reliability was 0.756.Conclusions The test was designed scientifically,which can be used to assess the knowledge and ability of tactical combat casualty care.Additionally,the outcome of the test is helpful to excavate the teaching difficulties and optimize the training of tactical combat casualty care.
