摘要
社区社会组织的培育并不仅仅是社区居委会的任务,本文以高校社会工作站这一枢纽社会组织参与培育社区社会组织为案例,分析社区型高职学院培育社区社会组织存在专业人才优势、教学资源优势和长效机制经验等,同时也提出了存在社工站需要合法化、缺乏专职管理人员以及经费不足的问题,以期对相关学校培育社区社会组织提供经验范式。
The cultivation of community social organizations is not only the task of community residents committee.This paper takes the participating of the hub social organization,the social workstations of colleges and universities,in the cultivation of community social organizations as a case study,analyzes and finds that the community social organization of community-based vocational colleges have the advantages in cultivating professional talents,teaching resources and long-term mechanism experience,etc.It also raises the problems such as the need for legalization of social work stations,lack of full-time management personnel and insufficient funds in order to provide relevant experience paradigms for the relevant schools to cultivate community social organizations.
