摘要
青龙衣为一种常用中药,现代药理研究表明其具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化、抗病毒和镇痛作用等生物活性。目前已从青龙衣中分离得到100多个化合物,其化学成分主要包括醌衍生物、黄酮类、二芳基庚烷类、萜类、挥发油等。对近年来从青龙衣中分离得到的化学成分与生物活性进行系统、全面的综述,为青龙衣资源的综合利用和开发研究提供参考。
Qinglongyi is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern pharmacological studies have proven the broad range of biological activities,such as anti-cancer,antibacterial,anti-oxidant,antiviral,analgesic.Previous phytochemical investigations have described the presence of more than 100 compounds in it.Numerous compounds such as quinones,flavonoids,diarylheptanoids,triterpenoids and volatile components have been reported from this plant.This paper reviews the progress of the constituents and biological activities of it which provides references for further development and utilization of it.
