摘要
网络规划与设计课程作为网络类专业的综合性、实践性骨干课程,对培养具有创新精神和实践能力、服务区域产业需求的应用型人才有重要意义。通过从教学理念、教学模式分别引入OBE/CDIO、教学内容面向企业需求、教学平台上重视虚拟仿真教学平台建设,进行了持续更新和改进。实践表明,该教学改革能逐步树立学生自信、有效培养学生兴趣,实现了以学生为中心、实践平台多样化、实践能力提升快,较好地解决了人才能力需求和教学实际相脱节的问题,培养的人才深受区域企业青睐。
As a comprehensive and practical backbone course of network engineering major,network planning and design course is of great significance for cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical ability and serving the needs of regional industry.Through the introduction of OBE/CDIO from teaching concept,teaching mode,teaching content for enterprise demand and teaching platform on the platform of virtual simulation teaching platform,continuous updating and improvement are carried out.The practice shows that the teaching reform can gradually set up the students’self-confidence and effectively train their students’interest.It has realized student centered,diversified practice platform,improved practical ability quickly,and solve the problem of disconnection between the talent demand and the teaching practice,and the trained personnel are favored by the regional enterprises.
