摘要
针对绥中某油田长期开采,储层注采关系复杂,调整井固井质量较低的问题,本文对调整井固井工艺难点进行了分析,研究了影响调整井固井质量的主要问题因素,以此为基础,开展了调整井固井水泥浆体系研究,得出了优选配方,主要技术包括加入氮气膨胀剂减少水泥石的收缩,加入纤维增韧堵漏,加入液体微硅防窜,同时对水泥浆体系开展了实验室评价研究,最后在K14和K9等调整井开展了应用,钻后测井固井质量良好。
For the long-term exploitation of SZ oilfield, the relationship between reservoir injection and production is complicated. There is a problem of low cementing quality in adjustment wells. In this paper, the difficulties of well cementing are analyzed and the main factors influencing cementing quality of adjustment wells are studied. Based on this, the study of well cementing slurry system was carried out, and the optimum formula was obtained. The main technologies include adding nitrogen expansion agent to reduce cement shrinkage, adding fiber to toughen up leakage and adding liquid silicon to prevent channeling. Laboratory evaluation of cement slurry system was carried out. Finally, it is applied in adjustment wells such as K14 and K9, and well cementing quality is good after drilling.
