微波技术在典型固体废物污染治理中的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 微波技术相比于传统的加热技术,其加热速度比较快,可以有目的性地选择加热物质,还可以局部产生高温,具有可以减少有害物质的优点。因为这些特点,微波技术被广泛地应用于灭菌、聚合、脱水、有机或无机合成、聚合、分析和提取这些领域,尤其是治理典型固体废物污染领域。典型固体废物污染包括:重金属污泥、垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰、有机物污染土壤等。本文主要介绍了微波技术在典型固体废物污染治理中的应用,介绍了包括铝粉、活性炭、铁粉、Al2O3等在内的吸波介质对重金属污泥、飞灰、有机物污染土壤中的有机物的重金属固定或高温分解的促进作用;微波和活性炭对土壤中的有机污染物进行分解的原理;分析了微波技术在典型固体废物污染应用过程中存在的问题以及相应的解决措施;最后对微波技术在典型固体废物污染应用前景进行了展望。 Compared with traditional heating technology,microwave technology has a faster heating rate,can selectively select heating materials,and can locally generate high temperature,which has the advantage of reducing harmful substances.Because of these characteristics,microwave technology is widely used in the fields of sterilization,polymerization,dehydration,organic or inorganic synthesis,polymerization,analysis and extraction,especially in the field of typical solid waste pollution.Typical solid waste pollution includes:heavy metal sludge,fly ash from waste incineration,and organic contaminated soil.Therefore,this paper mainly introduces the application of microwave technology in the treatment of typical solid waste pollution,and introduces the organic matter in the soil contaminated by heavy metal sludge,fly ash and organic matter,including absorbing media including aluminum powder,activated carbon,iron powder and AL2O3.The promotion of heavy metal fixation or pyrolysis;the principle of microwave and activated carbon decomposing organic pollutants in soil;the problems of microwave technology in the application of typical solid waste pollution and the corresponding solutions are analyzed;Prospects for the application of typical solid waste pollution have been prospected.
