摘要
YSI(多参数水质测定仪)由于快速便携的特点,已被广泛应用于日常地表水体的现场检测工作中。但是通过长期的实验观测,发现其检测的数据准确性常受到多种因素的干扰。本文通过对比叶绿素a的实验室检测结果,分析YSI在淡水叶绿素a的现场检测过程中的受干扰因素,结果显示,当水体温度低于10℃,透明度处于40-50cm时,YSI的检测结果相对可靠,其主要是受水温、浊度和光照的影响。
YSI(multi parameter water quality analyzer)has been widely used in daily water testing because of the portable and rapid characteristic.The author found that the accuracy of the detection data is often influenced by many factors in the long term observation.This paper compares freshwater chlorophyll-a laboratory,s test result with YSI,s,and analysises the interference factors during the on-site inspection.The results show that YSI,s detection result is relatively reliable when the water temperature is lower than 10℃and transparency in 40-50cm.It is mainly affected by water temperature,turbidity and light.
