摘要
利用生物质单体醇和酸为原料,采用熔融缩聚的方法制备了不同异山梨醇(IS)含量(占总二醇的摩尔含量)的一系列生物基共聚酯(BCPE)。以IS、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、癸二酸(SeA)和衣康酸(IA)合成四元体系共聚酯BCPE-Ⅰ,在四元体系的合成的过程中引入单体1,3-丙二醇(PDO)合成五元体系BCPE-Ⅱ。本工作研究了IS的含量对BCPE-I和BCPE-Ⅱ体系的分子量及其分布、分子结构、结晶性能以及力学性能的影响。差式扫描量热(DSC)结果表明在BCPE-Ⅰ分子链中引入IS结构单元可以破坏聚合物分子链的有序性,对BCPE-Ⅰ的结晶有一定的抑制作用。通过引入第五种单体PDO形成聚酯BCPE-Ⅱ,调整IS的含量可以在破坏聚合物分子链规整性抑制其结晶性能的同时,使聚合物达到一定的分子量,可以实现聚合物由半结晶的塑料转变为柔软的弹性体。
The biobased copolyester(BCPE)were prepared by melt polycondensation that used the biomass monomer including alcohol and acid.The work could get a series of BCPE-I which including isosorbide(IS),1,4-butanediol(BDO),Sebacic acid(SeA)and itaconic acid(IA)by changing the content of IS.The relationship between the amount of IS and the molecule weights as well as distribution,the molecule structure and the crystallization property were investigated.The results indicated that the ordering of molecule chain could be destroyed and the crystallization of BCPE-Ⅰcould be retrained by introducing IS.By further study,the semicrystalline copolyesters was converted into elastomers by introducing the fifth monomer 1,3-propanediol(PDO)to form biobased copolyester-Ⅱ(BCPE-Ⅱ)which was more poor in order of molecule chain,meanwhile the copolyester had high molecular weight.
