摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合MDT模式在临床胃癌教学中的效果。方法:选取南京医科大学附属第一临床医学院2013—2015年在肿瘤科规范化培训的规培生共59名,随机分为实验组(PBL+MDT教学法)和对照组(LBL教学法),分别按照各组教学模式进行临床教学,比较两组教学效果以及教学满意度的差异。结论:胃癌的PBL-MDT模式有助于提高规培生临床综合思维以及实践能力,值得今后加以进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of PBL combined with MDT pattern in clinical teaching of gastric cancer.Methods:We selected 59 Medical compliance Pearson who were received standardized training in Department of Medical Oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.We randomly divided them into experimental group(PBL + MDT teaching method) and the control group(LBL teaching method),each group received training of clinical gastric cancer respectively according to the corresponding teaching methods.We compared the difference between the two groups of teaching effect and student’s satisfaction.Results:PBL + MDT group is better than the control group in clinical practice ability,literature reading,student’s comprehensive quality evaluation and satisfaction(P<0.05);The theoretical examination result and skills operation assessment result in PBL + MDT group did not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:PBL-MDT model in teaching of gastric cancer helps to improve the clinical comprehensive thinking and practical ability,is worth to further popularization and application in the future.
