成人输液区满意度影响因素及对策研究——以广西医科大学第一附属医院输液科室为例

Influencing Factors and Methods of Adult Infusion Area Satisfaction—Take the Infusion Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University as an Example

摘要 了解成人输液区患者对输液科室的满意度以及影响因素,并为此做出相应的解决对策。文章采取调查问卷的形式,对成人输液区患者进行调查,利用SPSS分析调查结果。通过调查发现,虽然总体上患者对于输液科室工作是比较满意的,但是依然存在一些问题,护士对患者的服务存在不到位的现象。针对存在问题提出改进对策,提高输液科室的服务水平,塑造负责的部门形象。 Objectiving to understand the satisfaction and influencing factors of transfusion department in adult infusion area,and to solve the problem. The article adopts the form of questionnaire to investigate the adult infusion area patients,and uses SPSS to analyze the survey results. Through the investigation,it is found that,although the patients are generally satisfied with the work of the transfusion department,there are still some problems,and the nurses’ service to the patients is not in place. In view of the existing problems,we put forward methods to improve the service level of the infusion department and create a responsible department image.
