摘要
本文结合山西朔州山阴兰花口前煤业有限公司井田的地质条件和水文状况,对煤矿水灾进行分析,从组织制度结构、管理流程、资源要素控制和水害防治技术要求四个方面探讨了煤矿地测防水技术管理体系的构建策略。
In this paper,combined with the geological conditions and hydrological conditions of Shanxi Shuozhou Shanyin Lanhua Kouqian Coal Industry Co.,LTD,this paper analyzed the coal mine flood,and discussed the construction strategy of the technical management system of coal mine geological survey and waterproofing from four aspects:organization system structure,management process,resource element control and technical requirements of water disaster prevention and control.
