摘要
[目的]对跨不同等级医疗机构的病人连续性照护感受问卷(CCAENA)进行翻译,并对中文版问卷进行信效度检验。[方法]采取Brislin双人翻译-回译模型对英文版量表进行转化,然后将中文版CCAENA在247例社区门诊病人中进行测试,检验中文版问卷的信效度。[结果]中文版CCAENA共有21个条目,量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.941,分半信度系数为0.854,重测信度系数为0.890。量表各条目的内容效度指数是0.85～1.00,全部条目的平均内容效度指数是0.96。主成分分析法提取出的4个公因子解释了72.19%的总方差。[结论]中文版CCAENA具有良好的信效度,可以为评估病人在不同等级医疗机构之间就医时对连续性照护的感受提供有效的工具。
Objective:To translate CCAENA(Cuestionario Continuidad Asistencial Entre Niveles de Atención)into Chinese,and to verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of questionnaire.Methods:The English version of questionnaire was transformed by the Brislin double translation back translation model.Then the Chinese version of CCAENA was tested in 247 community outpatients to test the reliability and validity.Results:There were 21 entries in the Chinese version of CCAENA.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.941,the split half reliability coefficient was 0.854,and the test retest reliability coefficient was 0.890.The content validity index of each item of the scale was 0.85~1.00,and the average content validity index of all items was 0.96.The four common factors extracted by principal component analysis explained the total variance of 72.19%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of CCAENA had good reliability and validity and could provide an effective tool for assessing the patient′s feelings of continuity of care when seeking medical treatment across different care levels.
