红曲霉合生元对松辽黑猪血清指标及背最长肌中MSTN、MyoD基因mRNA相对表达量影响 被引量:2

摘要 该试验旨在研究不同水平红曲霉合生元对松辽黑猪血清蛋白、血清转氨酶、血脂指标及背最长肌中MSTN、MyoD基因mRNA相对表达量的影响。选60头初始体重为(70.00±2.16)kg的松辽黑猪,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每重复4头(公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验A组饲喂添加0.5%红曲酶合生元的基础饲粮,试验B组饲喂添加1.0%红曲酶合生元的基础饲粮,预饲期7d,试验期60d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,A组与B组的血清TP、GLO水平显著升高(P<0.05),血清GPT水平显著下降(P<0.05);以上指标A组与B组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。B组血清TG水平比对照组和A组均显著下降(P<0.05)。A组和B组血清TC水平均比对照组极显著下降(P<0.01),且B组比A组显著下降(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,A组和B组MSTN基因mRNA相对表达量均显著下降(P<0.05),MyoD基因mRNA相对表达量均显著升高(P<0.05),ADG与LP也均显著升高(P<0.05);以上指标,A组与B组之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:育肥期松辽黑猪饲粮中添加红曲酶合生元可以促进机体蛋白代谢,降低血清胆固醇,改善肝脏功能;显著降低背最长肌中MSTN基因mRNA相对表达量,提高背最长肌中MyoD基因mRNA相对表达量;具有提高育肥猪瘦肉率的效果。建议添加量为0.5%。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of Monascus symbiotic on serum protein,serum transaminase,blood lipid index and relative expression of mRNA of MSTN and MyoD genes in longissimus dorsi muscle of Songliao Black Pigs.A total of 60 Songliao Black Pigs with an initial body weight of(70±2.16)kg were randomly divided into 3groups,with 5replicates in each group and 4pigs per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,the group A was fed the basal diet sup-plemented with 0.5% Monascus symbiotic,and the group B was fed the basal diet supplemented with1.0% Monascus symbiotic.The pre-feeding period was 7days and the test period was 60 days.The results showed that:1)the serum total protein and globulin levels of the group A and the group B were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the level of serum alanine transaminase in the group A and the group B was significantly decreased(P<0.05)compared with the control group,and there was no significant difference between the group A and the group B(P>0.05).The serum triglyceride level of the group B was significantly lower than that of the control group and the group A(P<0.05).The serum total cholesterol levels of the group A and the group B were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the group B showed a significant decrease compared with the group A(P<0.05);2)compared with the control group,the relative expression of mRNA of the MSTN gene of the group A and the group B decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the relative expression of mRNA of the MyoD gene increased significantly(P <0.05),and the average daily gain and lean meat rate were also significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the group A and the group B(P>0.05).In a conclusion,the addition of Monascus symbiotic in the diet of black pigs in the fattening period could significantly promote protein metabolism,reduce serum cholesterol and improve liver function.It could significantly reduce the relative expression of MSTN gene and increase the relative expression of MyoD gene in longissimus dorsi muscle.Monascus symbiotic could improve the lean meat rate of Songliao Black Pigs.The recommended dosage was 0.5%.
