摘要
有别于以往对新创企业成长前置变量的研究,本研究基于组织能力观点,采用便利抽样方式,以长三角、珠三角和重庆地区的新创企业为抽样调查对象,探讨了组织韧性、战略能力与新创企业成长的关系。研究结果显示,组织韧性除了可以促进新创企业成长,还有助于新创企业战略制定能力和资源整合能力的提升。战略制定能力和资源整合能力在组织韧性与新创企业成长的关系中均起着一定程度的中介作用。上述研究结果不仅丰富了新创企业成长理论,而且拓展了组织韧性理论应用于新创企业成长方面的外部效度。
Differing from previous studies on the antecedents of the growth of new ventures,this research attempts to explain the relationships of organizational resilience,strategic capability and growth of new ventures from the angle of organizational capability.Based on a longitudinal database made from 278 questionnaires on new ventures in Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Chongqing area,our empirical evidence shows that organizational resilience not only enhances the growth of new ventures,but also improves their capabilities to develop strategies and integrate resources.These capabilities play an mediating role in the relationship between organizational resilience and the growth of news ventures.Implications and suggestions of these research results not only enrich the development theory of the growth of new ventures,but also broaden the external validity of the application of organizational resilience theory into the growth of new ventures.
