摘要
通过对转炉吹炼工艺参数的研究,开发了120t复吹精准留渣工艺。该工艺冶炼过程不停吹、不倒渣,采用出钢后倒渣。实践结果表明,与常规工艺相比,石灰消耗降低15 kg·t^(-1),总渣量降低25.16 kg·t^(-1)。
Based on the study of converter blowing process parameters,a 120 t combined blowing precise slag retaining process was developed.The process of smelting does not stop blowing and slag is not poured,slag is poured after tapping.The practice results show that the consumption of lime is reduced by 15 kg · t^-1 and the total slag is reduced by 25.16 kg · t^-1 compared with that of the conventional process.
