摘要
大容量电池储能的应用能够平抑分布式电源输出功率的波动,提高大规模电网对于分布式电源的消纳性。依据传统同步发电机的旋转惯量、阻尼等特性,提出将"虚拟同步发电机"控制技术运用到储能变流器的控制中,实现系统的调压调频和功率控制。对此,设计了储能系统的运行控制策略,在平抑风光发电输出功率的同时,实现系统在并网、孤岛、再并网运行时的电压、频率控制,最后通过Simulink仿真验证了此控制策略的可行性。
The application of large-capacity battery energy storage can stabilize the fluctuation of output power of the distributed generations,and improve the consumption stability of the large-scale power grid to the distributed generations.According to the inertia and damping characteristics of traditional synchronous generator,this paper propose that the virtual synchronous generator control technology can be used to control the converter of battery energy storage system,so as to realize the voltage regulation and power control of the system.In this paper,the control strategy of the energy storage system is designed,and a model of wind power and photovoltaic generation system,integrated with battery energy storage device based on VSG.Finally,the simulation proves that the proposed control strategy is feasible and effective.
