教学查房在麻醉学专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 探讨教学查房在麻醉学专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用。选取郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院麻醉科2014~2017级麻醉专业住院医师38名,分为3组:2014级10名为A组(传统教学组),2015级11名为B组(仿真模拟教学组),2016级与2017级17名为C组(教学查房组)。采用不同教学方法教学8个月,通过临床能力考核、理论考试、调查问卷等方式评估教学效果。3组住培医师理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义;3组住院医师临床能力考核中,病史采集、访视查体、麻醉计划制订、医患沟通及麻醉管理方面与调查问卷中学习兴趣、学习效率、自学能力、临床思维及教学方法评价比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),C组成绩最高,A组最低。教学查房应用于麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训中可以更好地发挥住院医师主观能动性,调动住院医师学习兴趣,教学效果良好。 This article investigated the applications of teaching rounds in standardized residency training of anesthesiology.From 2014 to 2017,38 residents in the anesthesiology department of Luoyang Central Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University were selected in the study and divided into 3 groups.Group A was traditional teaching group,consisted of 10 residents in class 2014.Group B was simulation teaching group,consisted of 11 residents in class 2015.Group C was teaching rounds group,consisted of 17 residents in class 2016 and 2017.The teaching qualities of different groups were evaluated by clinical ability assessment,theoretical examinations and questionnaires.The difference of theoretical examinations were insignificant in 3 groups.In the clinical ability assessment,residents’abilities including the history-taking,physical examinations,the anesthesia plan making,doctor-patient communication,anesthetic management have statistically significance in 3 groups.And data collected from the questionnaires showed that there is significant difference in residents’interest in learning,study efficiency abilities of self-learning,clinical thinking abilities and teaching methods(P<0.05).Group C had the highest scores and group A had the lowest scores.These results showed that the application of teaching rounds in standardized residency training of anesthesiology could stimulate the initiatives of students and arouse their learning interest.Better training results had been achieved because of it.
