摘要
系统性学习神经解剖是神经外科医师从事神经系统疾病诊疗活动的基本要求,手术技巧的精进更离不开扎实的神经外科解剖知识。当前针对神经外科专科医师规范化培训(专培)学员的神经解剖教学方法无法调动专培学员的学习积极性,达不到专培继续教育工作的要求。在临床教学过程中,以提高临床诊疗水平为目标,转变教学观念,借助自媒体平台、解剖软件、3D打印模型,丰富教学手段;鼓励专培学员学习手绘解剖,丰富学习手段,以此达到提高教学效率的目的,推动神经外科医师人才队伍的建设。
It is fundamental for neurosurgeons to systematically study neuroanatomy while treating neurological diseases,and their surgical skills cannot be improved without well-knit neuroanatomy knowledge.The teaching methods for neuroanatomy that are currently applied in the standardized training of neurosurgeons cannot arouse surgeons’learning enthusiasms and fail to reach the goals of graduate medical education.In order to improve neurosurgeons clinical skills,it is suggested that multiple platforms should be involved to enrich our teaching methods,including self-media platform,neuroanatomy softwares and 3D printing models.Also neurosurgeons should be encouraged to learn how to paint neuroanatomy pictures in hand and enrich their own learning methods.All these measurements would eventually contribute to better teaching efficiency and promote medical team building for neurosurgery.
