摘要
为提高等离子切割机引弧成功率,对切割过程及引弧电路进行分析,采用工频升压非接触式高频引弧方式,通过对电路结构、工作原理、高频电磁干扰进行分析,设计了高频引弧电路及控制回路,并对其主要参数进行计算,以达到要求的切割效果和引弧成功率。
In order to improve the success rate of arc ignition of plasma cutting machine,the cutting process and the arc ignition circuit are analyzed.By using the contactless high frequency arc ignition method with power frequency boosting,through the analysis of the circuit structure,working principle and high frequency electromagnetic interference,the high frequency arc ignition circuit and control circuit are designed and the main parameters are calculated to achieve the required cutting effect and the success rate of arc ignition.
