以岗位胜任力为导向的湖北中高职护理区域规划教材建设的思考 被引量:2

摘要 教材是课程的载体,是教师教学、学生学习的重要材料和工具。湖北各职业院校护理专业目前使用的教材还存在诸多问题,开发出以岗位胜任力为导向的中高职护理区域规划教材十分必要。教材建设必须发挥湖北护理职业教育集团化办学优势,明确教材建设的目标及要求,实现传统教材与信息技术的深度融合,健全教材建设机制。 Textbooks are the carriers of the courses and the important materials and instruments for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. There are various defects in the textbooks for nursing majors at the higher and secondary vocational schools. Hence it proves to be a necessity to compile the planned teaching materials of post competence orientation for these nursing majors. For the sake of textbook construction,there is need to make full use of the advantages of running schools by means of diversified groups for the vocational education,define the objectives and requirements,realize the deep integration of traditional textbooks and information technology and perfect the mechanism of textbook construction.
