摘要
北京中医医院、北京中医医院顺义医院、北京市顺义区相关镇、村卫生院/室通过成立中医医联体,建立了一整套市、区、镇、村一体化中医医联体管理机制、专家团队的逐级下沉、基层人才的分层级培养、医技科室的一体化管理、协助基层医院开展特色专科建设等实践,有效地提高了顺义区基层社区中医服务能力,促进了顺义区中医药资源优化配置。
An integrated urban, district, town and village medical alliance of TCM include Beijing hospital of TCM, Beijing Shunyi hospital of TCM, Shunyi community health center and village clinic has been shaped. By countermeasures of integrated medical alliance management mechanism, experts sharing, primary healthcare staff training, medical technology sharing and discipline construction, medical capacity in primary healthcare institutes in Shunyi have been improved and health resources allocation of TCM have been optimized.
