摘要
基于考虑时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙、阻尼、综合啮合误差等参量的动态啮合力方程,建立了差动调速风电机组传动系统的纯扭转时变非线性动力学模型.在指定输入条件下,用SIMULINK仿真得到了主输入轴、副输入轴和输出轴对应齿轮的动态啮合力、啮合线上相对位移以及扭转速度曲线,并分析了动态啮合力曲线的频率分布.
The pure torsional and time-varying nonlinear dynamic model of wind turbine with differential speed regulation transmission is built based on gear meshing force equation, with the parameters time-varying meshing stiffness, backlash, damping and comprehensive meshing error. The curves of dynamic meshing force, relative displacement in meshing line and torsion speed of main input shaft, vice input shaft and output shaft are obtained by SIMULINK. The natural frequency of each shaft is analysed.
