摘要
在知识化和信息化的时代背景下,内外部环境正发生着急剧的变化,我国企业的组织形式面临严峻的考验,传统的知识性管理组织结构难以适应新形势下企业组织管理战略的要求,如果企业不懂得知识的创造与创新,仅仅依靠传统的知识性管理组织进行企业的经营管理,一方面不能为企业的发展提供有效的动力和方向,另一方面也不能满足市场日趋白热化的竞争的要求。如果不能形成知识创造性,企业很容易在知识经济时代被淘汰。因此,由知识性管理组织向知识创造性管理组织转型变革,对于企业的发展极其重要。
Under the background of knowledge and informationization,the internal and external environment is undergoing rapid changes.The organizational form of Chinese enterprises is facing a severe test.The traditional knowledge management organizational structure is difficult to adapt to the organizational management strategy under the new situation.It is required that if enterprises do not understand the creation and innovation of knowledge,relying solely on traditional knowledge management organizations to conduct business management,on the one hand,it cannot provide effective motivation and direction for the development of enterprises,on the other hand,it cannot meet the increasingly hot market.Competitive requirements.If knowledge creativity cannot be formed,companies can easily be eliminated in the era of knowledge economy.Therefore,the transformation from knowledge management organizations to knowledge creative management organizations is extremely important for the development of enterprises.
