摘要
大数据、云计算技术在物流领域先后经历了初步接触期、逐步渗透期和广泛应用期,并支撑传统物流向智慧物流升级,实现当今物流行业降本增效的根本要求。但是,现阶段为解决传统物流存在的低效率、高成本、低服务满意度问题而构建的大数据云计算智慧物流模式,在物流公共信息平台建设、末端协同发展、政府平台建设等方面依然存在许多问题。因此,应以"一个中心、三条辅线"为主要内容,以电子商务平台、电子物流平台、电子政务平台为基本框架,构建由供给子系统、需求子系统和监管子系统组成的具有诚信、高效、便捷、低成本特征的智慧物流模式,通过萃取稀疏价值、汇聚碎片化价值、精准化业务对接和责任分配机制,在标准化物流模式下促使供给端与需求端最大程度契合,最终实现基于大数据云计算的智慧物流模式运作过程中的信息流、商流、物流、资金流高效率、低成本传输。基于大数据云计算的智慧物流模式在信息共享、资源利用协同化、供应链一体化方面具有良好的适用性,对促进智慧物流发展的作用明显,未来将随着人工智能、区块链等高端技术的发展进一步升级。
With the rapid development of big data and cloud computing technology,it has experienced initial contact period,gradual penetration period and wide application period in the field of logistics,and promotes the traditional logistics to the direction of smart logistics supported by big data and cloud computing technologies.Upgrade to achieve the fundamental requirements of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in today's logistics industry.However,at this stage,the big data cloud computing smart logistics model,which is built to solve the problems of low efficiency,high cost and low service satisfaction of traditional logistics,still exists many questions in the construction of logistics public information platform,the end coordinated development,and the construction of government platforms.The reconstruction should be based on clearing the guiding ideology of the construction of the big data cloud computing smart logistics model;it should take"one center,three auxiliary lines"as the main reconstruction content,and"e-commerce platform,e-logistics platform,e-government platform"as the framework;and it should construct a smart logistics model consisting of a supply subsystem,a demand subsystem and a supervision subsystem with integrity,efficiency,convenience and low cost.Through the extraction of sparse value,convergence of fragmentation value,precise business docking and responsibility distribution mechanism,under the standardized logistics mode,the supply end and the demand side are optimally matched,and finally the high efficiency and low cost transmission of information flow,business flow,logistics and capital flow in the logistics operation process is realized.Smart logistics based on big data and cloud computing has good applicability in terms of information sharing,coordinated usage of resources,and supply chain integration;and it will play an important role in promoting the development of smart logistics.In the future,it will be upgraded with the further development of high-end technologies such as AI and blockchain.
