摘要
目的:研究与分析腹腔镜手术对重症急性胰腺炎患者氧代谢状态及不良应激的影响程度。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年2月本院收治的72例重症急性胰腺炎手术患者为研究对象,依据随机分配的原则分为对照组与观察组。对照组进行传统开腹手术,观察组则进行腹腔镜手术。检测两组术前、术后(12、24、48 h)的氧代谢状态及不良应激指标。结果:术前至术后(12、24、48 h)两组氧代谢状态及不良应激指标波动明显,且观察组术后氧代谢状态指标优于对照组,不良应激指标低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术对重症急性胰腺炎患者氧代谢状态及不良应激的影响小于开腹手术,在重症急性胰腺炎患者中具有更高的应用价值。
Objective:To study and analyze the influence degree of laparoscopic operation for the oxygen metabolism state and adverse stress of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 72 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who treated with operation from June 2017 to February 2018 were chosen for the research,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the principle of random distribution.The control group was treated with traditional open operation,the observation group were treated with laparoscopic operation.Then the oxygen metabolism state and adverse stress indexes of two groups before and after operation(12,24 and 48 h)were detected.Result:The fluctuation of oxygen metabolism state and adverse stress indexes of two groups before to after operation(12,24 and 48 h)were obvious,and the oxygen metabolism state indexes of observation group after the operation were better than those of control group,the adverse stress indexes were all lower than those of control group,the differences of two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of laparoscopic operation for the oxygen metabolism state and adverse stress of patients with severe acute pancreatitis are smaller than those of open operation,so it has a higher application value in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
