摘要
目的:分别采用当归注射液穴位注射、HCG穴位注射以及HCG肌肉注射,比较这三种方式促进LUFS患者排卵及妊娠情况。方法:以使用当归注射液穴位注射的LUFS患者作为实验组,以HCG穴位注射及HCG肌肉注射作为对照组,实验组在三阴交、中极、子宫、大赫、太冲等穴位进行注射;对照组1(HCG穴位注射)在相同穴位注射;对照组2行HCG肌肉注射,使用B超下动态观察卵泡发育成熟、排卵及妊娠情况。结果:实验组使用当归注射液穴位注射治疗LUFS,排卵为77.8%,妊娠率为30%;对照组1使用HCG穴位注射治疗LUFS排卵率为60%,妊娠率为14%,而对照组2使用HCG肌肉注射治疗LUFS排卵率只有50%,妊娠率为10%,三组差异有显著性。结论:使用当归注射液穴位注射治疗LUFS疗效优于HCG穴位注射及HCG肌肉注射,当归注射液穴位注射治疗LUFS在临床上值得推广。
Objective:To compare efficacy of Danggui injection(当归注射液),HCG acupoint injection and HCG intramuscular injection on LUFS,including ovulation and pregnancy.Methods:The experimental group was given Danggui acupoint injection,acupoints include Sanyinjiao(三阴交),Zhongji(中极),Zigong(子宫),Dahe(大赫),Taichong(太冲),etc.;the control group 1 was given HCG acupoint injection on same acupoints;and the control group 2 was given HCG intramuscular injection.Follicular maturation,ovulation and pregnancy in three groups were observed through B-ultrasound.Results:The ovulation rate in the experimental group was 77.8%,the pregnancy rate was 30%;the ovulation rate in the control group 1 was 60%,the pregnancy rate was 14%,the ovulation rate in the control group 2 was 50%,and the pregnancy rate was 10%.The difference between the three groups was significant.Conclusion:Danggui acupoint injection on LUFS shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
