摘要
目的:探究采取中医外治的护理效果。方法:选取2016年12月-2017年12月来我院就诊的患者60例,采用抽签法将其平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组行中医外治治疗,而对照组患者用温热水热敷,比较两组患者的效果。结果:实验组SAS、SDS评分分别为(36.12±4.32)、(37.34±3.22),均少于对照组;而实验组患者临床护理满意度为93.33%,优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中医外治对患者输液渗透有很好的护理效果。
Objective:To explore TCM external nursing for infusion osmotic.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2017,60 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated by TCM external nursing;while the control group was treated by hot compress.Results:The SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were(36.12±4.32)and(37.34±3.22)respectively,less than those in the control group.The clinical nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 93.33%,better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM external nursing for infusion osmotic shows a good effect.
